ADVICE PROCESS
STEP 1

Initial consultation – Our initial meeting is focused on getting to know you and your financial situation; we discuss where you are now, where you want to get, as well as anything you may want to do along the way. This consultation we discuss your goals while introducing you to our service and advice process. Discovering what your better tomorrow looks like is the foundation of our tailored financial plans.
STEP 2

Build your financial plan – At this stage, JTAX Wealth Solutions brings together all of the information you provide. Our strategy team then creates a personalised financial model and develops and documents the strategies which will help you achieve your goals and objectives.

STEP 3
Presentation of your tailored financial plan – We present our recommendations to you in a written financial plan and discuss a range of strategies that we can implement. We also outline the specific steps necessary to work toward achieving your dreams and financial security. These recommendation and steps are detailed for you in a document known as a ‘Statement of Advice’.
STEP 4

Implement agreed recommendations – Once you have decided upon your preferred strategy we will implement your financial plan and keep you abreast of its progress. At this stage there are a number of actions that are taken by JTax Wealth Solutions on your behalf, depending upon your individual plan. This includes:

-
Completing insurance requirements (eg. Medical report, blood test, etc).
-
Following up with insurance and superannuation providers.
-
Implementing investment portfolio recommendation.
-
Preparing wills, if required.
-
Undertaking a financing application.
-
Other steps as required to complete the actions outlined in your financial plan.

STEP 5
Ongoing review of your portfolio and financial plan – We will review the progress of your financial plan on a regular basis to ensure your goals are being met, and to provide advice should your personal circumstances, objectives, legislation or economic conditions necessitate an update to your financial plan.
